Fjordreelcacts is the independent editorial website at fjordreelcacts.life. Privacy questions and requests concerning correspondence can be sent to [email protected]. Do not include confidential documents or precise locations of vulnerable wildlife unless there is a clear reason and an appropriate secure channel.
Ordinary page visits
The website code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds or cross-site tracking scripts. Illustrations, styles and scripts are requested from the same website. As with other websites, the hosting and network infrastructure processes information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address, requested path and technical request details. This page does not promise that hosting infrastructure keeps no operational or security logs.
The local contact composer
Text entered into the contact composer is processed in your browser. The tool does not submit it to a server, store it in localStorage or automatically send email. Preparing a preview keeps the text in the current page’s memory. Reloading or leaving the page may remove it, although browser form restoration or autofill can retain entries according to your browser settings.
Copying places text on your device clipboard with your permission. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Clipboard history, synchronized clipboard services and downloaded files are controlled by your device and browser, not this website. Clear or delete them yourself if the information is sensitive.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the recipient receives the content, sender address and related email metadata. Use correspondence only for relevant inquiries, corrections or general observations. Information may be used to respond, assess a correction or maintain a necessary record of the exchange. It is not used by the website code to build an advertising profile.
Email services may process correspondence under their own terms. Do not assume that ordinary email is a confidential reporting channel. If you request deletion of correspondence, relevant legal, security or recordkeeping needs may limit what can be removed immediately. No fixed retention period for email is represented here.
Browser preferences
